Having a stab

What better way to spend a Spring evening than playing with swords in a room full of new friends? The crew at MFC's first Have a Stab session last Thursday evidently agreed!

It was delightful watching this diverse group – in terms of age, sporting experience, familiarity with fencing, connection to MFC, getting Joe's movie references or even guessing whether he's right or left handed – come together to enjoy meeting and stabbing new friends!

Have a Stab runs for another three weeks and there's still plenty of time to join, although you'd better act soon as places are limited and I know that at least one of the crew from the Thursday session is bringing along someone new next week.
