Restarting training

It’s time! Slowly, carefully, and following a well considered plan, the Club is restarting training. For the moment training will be outdoors and things will look a little different. The focus is on getting members fit and ready to get back into fencing. Strength, agility, core skills. A time to shake off the rust before you take up your épée, foil or sabre in earnest. The first session is planned for 23 May. This session is a soft restart, as our coaches and members familiarise themselves with the new processes, so it will be only for our senior fencers (14 years+). And as group size is limited to 10, including coaches, we can allow 8 members to attend. The Club will expand training to all members as soon as practical in the coming weeks and we’ll keep you informed as things progress. Registration is required – all upcoming training sessions are listed here. Full details of the Club’s ‘Phased return to training plan’ can be found here.
