100 members!

 

This Club is its members, and the more the merrier. And now there are 100 of us! 100!

That we've made it to this point, in this year of all years, is pretty amazing! And there it is on our list of active members – 100!

Huzzah!

And because this collective achievement is worth celebrating we did a little ceremony at the Club yesterday. Pictured above is our lucky 100th member, Sophie, happily holding her new glove and Club patch we gave her to recognise this milestone. Congratulations Sophie!

Step back and think about all the diversity, all the excitement, and the different ways of approaching fencing you can find among such an abundance of people. If you've been around long enough, think about where the Club has come from. And imagine the possibilities for the future. It's quite something!

And you know what? We didn't just stop at 100 either. As of today we're at 104, as our members just keep inviting their friends along!
