Lock-down, skill-up! #2

Electric fencing is the best! Except when the gear develops a fault! For this Lock-down, Skill-up we've put together some resources to help you learn how the weapons work, how to use a test box to do basic testing of bodywires and weapons, and how to troubleshoot issues on the piste.

If a fault shows up while you're fencing it's tempting to go, "argh it's the wire!", or "argh it's the weapon!" and chuck it in the armoury for repair, but sometimes gear ends up in the armoury unnecessarily. These resources will help you understand the gear, test it before your bout, and systematically track down the location of any faults if they appear while you're fencing.
