Thanks again Katoomba and upper Blue Mountains Community Bendigo Bank branch!

A bunch of rascally fencers cheering with their arms in the air! Orange angled text reads 'Thanks Bendigo Bank!' and the Bendigo Bank logo is at the bottom right.

MFC is very grateful to have been once again selected to receive a grant from Katoomba and Upper Blue Mountains Community Bendigo Bank Branch to buy three new pistes!

This generous support has enabled us to improve safety at training and competitions, with three new pistes made from Soft Foot anti-fatigue mat, which provide a sturdy slip-resistant surface and help us organise the space in our venue.

We were delighted to receive the kind phone call from Peter Carroll, chair of the Sponsorship Committee, Katoomba and Upper Blue Mountains Community Bendigo Bank Branch, followed by a letter in which he writes:

"The Board appreciates the need for safety in your activities and is again pleased to support your rather unique sport in the Mountains that provides opportunities for individuals to learn the noble art of fencing while participating in physical activity, social interaction and skills development. We wish you continued success in your Club's activities."

Thanks Katoomba and Upper Blue Mountains Community Bendigo Bank Branch, for helping MFC expand opportunities for engagement in, and enjoyment of, sport for fencers in the Blue Mountains!
